Couples Therapy That Helps You

Rebuild the space between two people.

Relationships don't fall apart all at once. The small moments of disconnection stack up until the distance feels normal. Couples therapy is a place to slow down together, repair what's been broken, and remember why you chose each other in the first place. You don't have to have the words for it yet. Naming the struggle is often the first step toward changing it.

  • You keep having the same argument, and nothing ever really gets resolved.
  • One or both of you has pulled away, and the distance keeps growing.
  • A betrayal or breach of trust has left you unsure how to rebuild.
  • You're great on paper, but behind closed doors you feel like roommates.
  • Parenthood, loss, or a career change has quietly eroded your connection.
  • The closeness and intimacy you once shared feel just out of reach.

What Healing Can Look Like

A relationship that feels like yours again.

Therapy doesn't erase the hard seasons you've been through. It gives you the tools to move through them together. With time and practice, the patterns that once felt stuck can start to soften into something new. It's not about perfection; it's about showing up differently, a little more each day, until the new way starts to feel like home.

  • Conversations stay open, and disagreements end with understanding instead of silence.
  • You turn toward each other again and feel close, even on the hard days.
  • Trust is rebuilt slowly, one honest and accountable moment at a time.
  • You share real closeness, not just a life lived side by side in parallel.
  • Life's transitions bring you closer instead of quietly pulling you apart.
  • Intimacy and warmth return naturally as safety and friendship grow again.

How We'll Work Together

A clear path from first call to lasting change.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so here's exactly what to expect. From our very first conversation to the work we'll do together, you'll always know where you are and what comes next.

  1. Step 01

    Free Consultation

We begin with a complimentary, no-pressure consultation. It's a chance to share what's bringing you in, ask questions, and see whether we're the right fit for the work you want to do.

  2. Step 02

    Decide to Move Forward

If it feels right, you choose to begin. There's no obligation and no rush, only a shared sense of what's possible and a plan that respects your pace.

  3. Step 03

    Personalized Therapy Sessions

We start sessions tailored to your story and your goals. Each one moves at a speed that feels safe and sustainable, built around the life you're actually living.

  4. Step 04

    Work Toward Your Goals

Week by week, we build the skills, insight, and momentum that move you toward your specific wellness goals, whether that's repairing conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply feeling close again.

  5. Step 05

    Review and Refine

Along the way we check in on your progress and adjust our approach together, so the work stays focused on what matters most to you as your needs evolve.

  6. Step 06

    Lasting Growth

When you feel steady and supported, we wrap up with a plan that helps you carry what you've learned into the life ahead, so the change you make here lasts.

Whenever you're ready to begin, I'm here to help you take that first step — at a pace that feels right for you.

About Me

Tiffanie Duong, LPC-Associate

I work with couples who want to feel close again. Using the Gottman Method (Level 1 trained), I help partners repair conflict, rebuild trust and friendship, and create the kind of communication where both people feel truly heard.

I also support individuals through grief, trauma, and life's heavier seasons — drawing from EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Reality Therapy, tailored to your goals rather than a single framework.

My commitment is to a collaborative, supportive space where your relationship and your own healing can grow side by side. Whether you're coming in as a couple or on your own, the work meets you where you are.
