I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, psychoanalytic, CBT, trauma-informed care, narrative therapy, solution-focused, reality therapy, psychoeducation, and Gottman-based interventions to support each client's unique needs and goals.

I have a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, relationships, grief and loss, pet grief and bereavement, trauma, personal growth, and the unique challenges faced by professionals and executives. I provide a collaborative and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

I believe therapy is a journey built on trust, authenticity, and self-discovery. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create a more fulfilling life.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for processing and healing from trauma, distressing memories, and difficult life experiences.
